Shelf life: the data are kept three years from the last contact from you (request, reply to a re-launch, telephone exchange). After that period, they shall be deleted. The data necessary to comply with a legal or accounting obligation shall be kept for the duration provided for in that obligation.

Until you have accepted, no request is sent to Google: the measurement script is not loaded at all, and Google's consent mode is set by default on refusal, including for advertising purposes. The site works exactly the same if you refuse.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Delete my consent to the hearing measure" link at the bottom of each page: the measurement cookies are then deleted and the measure immediately ceases. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies.
